Stuff Garlic Bread recipe is one of the my most loved recipe.I have attempted and turned out delicious.some insider facts that I am going to share with you so you can to make bread like restaurants.Stuff Garlic Bread recipe at home seems like domino’s garlic bread.

Ingredients for Spice Mix of Stuff Garlic Bread

  • 1 Tsb Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Rosemarry
  • 1 Tsp Basil leave(optional)
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 3 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Flex
  • 1 Tsp Pepper powder

Crush all ingredients ,It should be mix properly.

Ingredients For Bread Dough of Stuff Garlic Bread

  • 500 gms all-purpose flour(Maida)
  • 4 – 5 gms active dry yeast (half sachet)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 – 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil (60 gms)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (30 gms)
  • Salt(As per Taste)
  • 1 and 1/2 Cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 Cup Maize flour(yellow corn flour)
  • 1/2 Cup boiled corn
  • 1 Tbsp.Spice mix powder
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese(As you Like)

Directions For Stuff Garlic Bread

First of all Preheat oven at  220 C ,First need to Activate yeast.

To activate yeast first of all take one bowl also add Lukewarm water,add 1 tbsp All purpose flour,yeast,sugar(must ingredient),butter,chopped garlic,salt also add spice almost 15 mins.

Mix All purpose flour and yeast mixture as a result Make a smooth dough(we need to activate gluten).It takes almost 10 to 15 mins and spread with olive oil so it will not be dried and also cover with clean film.

While rest the dough almost 2 hours in warm place.

furthermore take dough  and punch it so extra air come out.

Make equal parts and roll it with help of corn flour.

Consequently Spread corn,cheese,spice mix and cover with another side spread melted butter on both side and extra spice mix so spice mix sticks on bread properly.

finally make cut on bread as showing in picture.

finally Put  bread in Oven probably for 10 mins and baked it .

Notes For Stuff Garlic Bread

1.For bread we need maximum temperature of our Oven.

2.Oven temperature may be vary therefore be careful for first time.

3.If you are using  Convection mode in Microwave so temperature should be probably 220 C for 10 mins and 250 C for 4 mins.

4.If you have enough time then put dough in refrigerator almost 24 hours.Trust me friends as a result will be as good as we want.

5.After fermentation it seems likes dough size will be almost double.

6. In conclusion Fermentation process depends on weather,if it’s summer process may be takes less time.Keep in Mind.

7.Use Maize flour so makes your bread very crispy.
