Tea is the post popular beverage in the world. You can make it in different ways with herbs and with some spices. Here I bring some recipes for you hope you like it as you did like my previous recipe Arbi Patta Curry.


  • Two litre – Water
  • One Gram – Saffron
  • Two Tablespoons – Sugar
  • Handful Of Mint Leaves
  • Two Wedges Lemon
  • Tea Leaves
  1. Bring two litres of water to boil.
  2. Put the tea leaves and saffron in a large teapot.
  3. Pour the boiling water over tea leaves and saffron and leave it for a few minutes.
  4. Now strain the liquid and pour into cups.
  5. Add sugar as desired.
  6. Serve with a mint sprig and lemon slice.


  • Half Cup – Lemongrass
  • Four Cups Of Water
  • One-Eighth Cup Of Sugar
  1. Heat a sauce pan filled with water.
  2. Bring to boil and add lemongrass.
  3. Remove from heat and keep aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
  4. You can decrease or increase  the time according how strong you want the taste.
  5. Now remove the lemongrass and add sugar to taste.
  6. Stir well and serve hot.


  • Six Cups – Water
  • Fifteens – Almond
  • Five – Green Cardamoms
  • Two Inch – Cinnamon
  • Two Tablespoons – Sugar
  • One Pinch Saffron
  • Two Teaspoons – Green Tea
  1. Grind the green tea, cinnamon, and cardamoms together to a coarse powder.
  2. Boil the water over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground green tea mixture and stir gently.
  4. Add saffron strands and simmer for five to ten minutes over low heat.
  5. Strain this mixture into a pot.
  6. Add sugar and stir well.
  7. Serve.


  • One Cup – Tea
  • Six – Sweet Basil Leaves
  • One Teaspoon – Sugar
  • One Teaspoon – Turmeric
  • Three – Ice Cubes
  1. Add the turmeric powder and crush the basil leaves on a flat surface.
  2. In a cup, mix the brewed tea, half teaspoon turmeric powder, crushed basil leaves and sugar thoroughly.
  3. Take a strainer and strain the liquid in a cup to remove the crushed leaves.
  4. Add the ice cubes and serve immediately.
