Coconut Pancakes With Coconut Syrup – Pancakes tasty enough to enjoy made with coconut flour which is fast gaining popularity as a great health food, low in carbohydrate content and high in fiber and it helps with weight loss. One Third Cup – Coconut Flour
One Fourth Cup – Whole Wheat Flour
One Fourth Cup – Rice Flour
1 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
One Tablespoon – Brown Sugar
One Fourth Teaspoon – Cardamom Powder
One Teaspoon – Baking Soda
Coconut Oil To Cook
Coconut Syrup Ingredients
One Cup – Water
One Fourth – Jaggery
One fourth Cup – Shredded Coconut
One and Half Teaspoon – cardamom Powder
Directions for Pancakes
Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the coconut milk and combine together. Keep stirring as u add milk and whisk to form a smooth batter.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat.
Pour one third batter in the center of the heated pan, gently spread to about 4 inches diameter.
Drizzle about one teaspoon of coconut oil.
Flip the pancake over after one minute and should be golden brown in color. Let the other side cook for another minute, then remove it from the pan.
