Almond Pudding
Almond Pudding is a lightly sweet pudding with almond flavor served as a dessert. Perfect for any breakfast or tea time snacks. You can also make this almond pudding for your children’s party as children enjoy eating pudding. Hope you like this almond pudding as you did like my previous recipe Pumpkin And Tofu Curry.

Ingredients For Almond Pudding:-

  • Two Tablespoons Of Gelatin powder
  • Six Cups Of Water
  • Five Cups Of Whole Milk
  • Two Cups Of Milk Powder
  • One Cup Of Sugar
  • One And A Half  Tablespoon Of Almond Essence
  • One Cup Dark Jamaican Rum
  • Strawberry Or Any Other Fruit For Garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to boil it in a high flame.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the gelatin powder with a few tablespoons of hot water to create a thick paste.
  3. Add the paste to the boiling water and stir until mixed.
  4.  Pour in the milk and milk powder, stir continuously and with gentle hands untill the mixture comes to a slow boil.
  5. Lower the flame to medium and continue stirring.
  6. Add the sugar and stir again until dissolved.
  7. Turn off the flame and pour in the almond essence and Jamaican rum, mixing until thoroughly combined.
  8. Carefully pour into a pudding mold and allow to cool for twenty minutes before refrigerating.
  9. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, cut into pieces, and garnish with strawberries.
