- 4 cups refined flour
- 5 tablespoon+ ghee for deep frying
- 500 gms khoya
- 31/4 cup desiccated coconut
- chopped dry fruits
- 1/4 teaspoon green cardomom powder
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- 21/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/ cup grated chocolate
Knead dough of refined flour with cold water. Add ghee to the flour before kneading.
Cover the dough with a cloth.
Saute khoya in a pan for two minutes.
Let the khoya cool for a second.
Add desiccated coconut & chopped dry fruits to the khoya.
Add green cardomom & nutmeg powder to the mixture.
Add powdered sugar to the mixture.
Add grated chocolate at the end & mix the stuffing well.
Roll small puri of dough.
Place the stuffing on half side & cover it.
Seal the corners.
Deep fry in medium heat.
Ready to serve.
