 Here I brings you some Smoothie recipes that is very healthy and also gud for human body as some Ingredients helps to detoxify the body and cleans it internally. Hope you like this Smoothie recipes as you like my previous recipe Ginger Cookies.

Peaches And Cream Smoothie

Ingredients:-
  • One and a Half Cups Of Almond Milk
  • One Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • Two Cups Baby Spinach
  • Half Frozen Banana
  • One Tablespoon Spirulina
Directions:-
  1. Add all the ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour and serve in the glass.

Beet and Kale 

Ingredients:-
  • Two Medium Beetroots
  • Four Cups Kale
  • One Medium Cucumber
  • One-Fourth Lemon
  • One-Fourth Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Directions:-
  1. Add all the ingredients to juicer, alternating between the ingredients.
  2. Serve in a glass with cinnamon whisked in.

 

Cucumber And Honeydew

Ingredients:-
  • One Cup Coconut Water
  • One Cup Honeydew Melon
  • Two Cucumbers
  • One Tablespoon Fresh Mint
  • One Cup Ice
Directions:-
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour and serve chilled.

Dandelion Smoothie

Ingredients:-
  • One Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Two Cups Dandelion Greens
  • One Cup Pineapple
  • One Cup Ice
Directions:-
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until mixture becomes smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Fruit And Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:-
  • One Banana
  • Half Cup Yogurt
  • One And Half Teaspoons White Sugar
  • One-Fourth Cup Pineapple Juice
  • One Cup Strawberries
  • One Teaspoon Orange Juice
  • One Teaspoon Milk
Directions:-
  1. Blend the banana, yogurt, sugar, pineapple juice, strawberries, orange juice, and milk in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve into glasses.

Oatmeal Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:-
  • One Cup Soy Milk
  • Half Cup Oats
  • One Banana
  • Fourteen Frozen Strawberries
  • Half Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • One And A Half Teaspoon White Sugar
Directions:-
  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana, and strawberries.
  2. Add vanilla and sugar if required as fruits contains natural sweetness.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
