- 2 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 3 medium sliced onions
- 2 cups refined oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon bhang seed powder
- 4 chopped potato
Add gram flour in a bowl & mix salt, turmeric, chilli powder & mango powder to it.
Add exactly the measured quantity of the bhang powder and make a batter with water. Add sliced onions and potatoes in the batter.
Heat the oil in a kadhai.
Make balls of the batter & fry them in the hot oil.
Fry in medium heat, till they change color to golden brown.
Remove on the absorbent paper to shed extra the extra oil.
Ready to serve with green chutney.
