- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate
- 2 cup yogurt [Dahi]
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1 sprig mint leaves
Whisk the yogurt in a deep bowl until it forms smooth.
Now add the pieces of diced pineapple into the yogurt. Fold the fruit gently in the yoghurt.
Add salt, black pepper, and cumin powder to the mix.
Add coriander leaves to the mixture and gently mix all the ingredient.
Garnish with pomegranate, cumin powder, coriander and mint leaves.
