Yogurt DIp

Ingredients

  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • ½ diced Cucumber
  • ½ diced Bel Pepper
  • 10 Olives parted into two
  • 2 chopped boiled Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 1 cup yogurt [Hung curd]
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3Slices Tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1

Take a medium bowl and add boiled potato, chopped onion, eggs, mint and coriander. Add yogurt, Olives, garlic clove, tomatoes and mustard paste  to the bowl.

Step 2

Gently fold all the ingredients together. Add salt to taste.

Step 3

Ready to serve.

Tip:

Mustard paste also contains salt, so check before dropping salt in the recipe.
