Mushroom Manchurian
Mushroom Manchurian is an irresistible snack, anyone who likes mushroom will love this mushroom manchurian. Protein full of soft mushrooms inside covered in crispy outside layer mixed with spices. Hope you like this recipe of mushroom manchurian as you did like my previous recipe Ginger Carrot Soup.



  • Four Tablespoons – Cornflour
  • Two Tablespoons – All-Purpose Flour
  • 250 grams – Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Teaspoon – Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon – Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon – Soy Sauce
  • Cooking Oil As Required
  • Salt To Taste
  • Four Tablespoons – Water


  • 1/2 Teaspoon – Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon – Ginger Paste
  • One Green Chilli(finely chopped)
  • One Small Onion(finely chopped)
  • Two Tablespoons – Spring Onion(Finely chopped)
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon – Soy Sauce
  • Half Tablespoon – Chilli Sauce
  • Two Tablespoons – Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt As Required
  • Cooking Oil As Required


  1. Wash to clean mushrooms and dry them with a kitchen towel, cut them into medium size pieces.
  2. In a bowl mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger paste, garlic paste, half teaspoon soy sauce, salt and four tablespoons water.
  3. Mix and make a medium thick batter. dip mushrooms pieces in prepared batter and coat them with it
  4. Heat oil to fry mushrooms in a deep saucepan over medium flame.
  5. Now fry mushroom until turn light golden brown.
  6. Take them from oil and drain excess oil.
  7. Keep them aside for next use.


  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wide frying pan on high flame.
  2. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chili, and onion Saute on high flame for two minutes.
  3. Now add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili, sauce, salt, fried mushrooms, and spring onion, mix them all well.
  4. Toss and cook. Keep tossing everything and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mushroom Manchurian is ready.
  6. Serve it as a side dish with fried rice.
