- 3 cups Corn Kernels
- 1 tablespoon White Sugar
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ tablespoon Salt
- ¼ tablespoon Black Pepper Powder
- 2 Eggs

How to make Corn Batter:
- Take a bowl, mix 3 cups corn kernels, 1 table spoon sugar, 1 cup of flour, 1 table spoon baking powder, ½ table spoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Furthermore, break 2 eggs and stir them with heavy cream until it gets well-merged.
How to make Corn Fritters
- Take a plate with paper towels. Take a sauce pan, add vegetable oil and heat it at medium flame.
- Add 2-3 table spoon of the corn batter and let it spread in a circular shape.
- Cook the fritters for a period of 2-3 minutes.
- Flip them and cook them for more 3 minutes to make golden brown.
- Transfer the fritters in the plate and add salt and cook again with the batter and also add oil.
