A mouth-watering dessert with a mix of ice cream is a great treat for your children. Rasgulla with ice cream is a fusion recipe with stuffed fruits served with ice cream. Children like to eat this with great interest as it contains the goodness of fruits and yummy taste of ice cream. I hope you like this recipe as you did like my previous one Poha Cutlet.
Four – White Bread
One And A Half Cup – Milk
One Cup – Vanilla Ice Cream
One-Fourth Cup – Cooking Chocolate
One Teaspoon Each Of – Cubed Apple, Cubed Kiwi, Cubed Banana, And Pomegranate Seeds
Two Teaspoon – Frozen Sweet Corn
One Teaspoon – Almonds
First, add all the fruit stuffing in a bowl and mix it well.
Take a slice of bread and dip it in a bowl filled with milk.
Just, let the bread, absorb the milk and do not damp it overly otherwise the bread will break. Milk make bread more flexible due to moist which helps to make shapes easier.
Now place the prepared fruit stuffing on bread slice.
Roll the bread and join the edges to make a roll like rasgulla.
Be careful while covering the edges so that stuffing will not come out. If it happens just cover with a piece of another bread slice soaked and drained with milk.
Make all the rasgulla this way.
Now keep the rasgulla in a refrigerator for half an hour to get the perfect shape of rasgulla.
Our rasgulla is ready.
Blend ice cream before serving.
Take a serving bowl and little ice cream at the bottom. Now add rasgulla on it and pour the ice cream on top and cover entirely with it.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds. You can use grated chocolate also.
