Ingredients For Bhang Ke Pakore:-
- 2 cup gram flour (Besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 3 medium sliced onions
- 2 cups refined oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon bhang seed powder
- 4 chopped potato
Directions:-
Step 1
Add gram flour in a bowl & mix salt, turmeric, chili powder & mango powder to it.
Step 2
Add exactly the measured quantity of the bhang powder and make a batter with water. Add sliced onions and potatoes in the batter.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a kadhai.
Step 4
Make balls of the batter & fry them in the hot oil.
Step 5
Fry in medium heat, till they change color to golden brown.
Step 6
Remove on the absorbent paper to shed extra the extra oil.
Step 7
Bhang Ke pakora is ready to serve with green chutney.
