Pineapple Raita offers refreshing taste

Ingredients For Pineapple Raita:-

  • Two cups diced pineapple
  • 2 teaspoon salt and cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate
  • ¬†yogurt – Two Cups
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 1 sprig mint leaves

Directions:-

Step 1

Whisk the yogurt in a deep bowl until it forms smooth.

Step 2

Now add the pieces of diced pineapple into the yogurt. Fold the fruit gently in the yogurt.

Step 3

Add salt, black pepper, and cumin powder to the mix.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves to the mixture and gently mix all the ingredient.

Step 5

Garnish with pomegranate, cumin powder, coriander and mint leaves.

Tip

Serve chilled.
