Ingredients
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 chopped Onion
- ½ diced Cucumber
- ½ diced Bel Pepper
- 10 Olives parted into two
- 2 chopped boiled Eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped Mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 cup yogurt [Hung curd]
- 1 tablespoon Mustard paste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3Slices Tomatoes
- Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1
Take a medium bowl and add boiled potato, chopped onion, eggs, mint and coriander. Add yogurt, Olives, garlic clove, tomatoes and mustard paste to the bowl.
Step 2
Gently fold all the ingredients together. Add salt to taste.
Step 3
Ready to serve.
Tip:
Mustard paste also contains salt, so check before dropping salt in the recipe.
