VEGETABLE RAITA

Vegetable raita is basically a yogurt dip. There are various type of raita you can make from yogurt like boondi raita, fruit raita and many more. Variation in existing raita can be  made by adding different veggies, fruits or spices. Raita is mostly used as side dish with rice meal but you can also try with paratha, dipping buttery paratha in chilled raita gives you taste like heaven. Furthermore, consumption of yogurt boost the digestion and very easy to digest.

You know what makes it more tasty, is adding chat masala. Instead of running for each spices generally I prefer chat masala, quick and hassle free.
