Spicy pasta is very easy to make delicious recipe with aromatic Indian spices used to enhance the flavor of the spicy pasta. Hope you like the recipe as you did like my previous recipe Vegeterian Dalcha.
Ingredients For Spicy Pasta:-
One Cup – Pasta
One Medium – Tomato
Two Teaspoon – Olive Oil
Four Cloves – Garlic (finely chopped)
Salt As Required
One Small Pinch – Sugar
Half Teaspoon Each Of – Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, And Cumin Powder
One-Fourth Teaspoon Each Of – Turmeric Powder, And Garam Masala Powder
Two Cups – Water
Two Tablespoons – Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Mark the skin of the tomato with a sharp knife and add it to a pot of boiling water.
Let it sit for few minutes. Now turn off the flame.
Run the tomato under the cold water so that you can peel the skin of the tomato easily.
Finely chop the tomato and keep aside for further use.
Heat oil in a saucepan and add the chopped garlic, saute the garlic until it starts to turn golden brown.
Add the chopped onion and continue to saute until the onion turns transparent.
Now add the chopped tomato, salt, sugar and saute until it turns mushy.
It’s time to add all the spice powders red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder to the saucepan and saute for two minutes until the rawness is gone.
Mix two cups of water, stir well.
Once it starts to boil, add the pasta and cook in medium-low heat until the water evaporates and the pasta is fully cooked.
Turn off the heat. Add one tablespoon of the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve the pasta hot with a garnish of the remaining coriander leaves.
