Jhalmuri is a famous Indian snack

Ingredients For Jhalmuri:-

  • 6 cups Puffed Rice (Murure)
  • 6 tablespoon Schezwan Chutney
  • 2 boiled Potatoes
  • 2 chopped Onions
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 4 Tablespoons Each Of Salted Peanuts,¬†Namkeen, Grated Coconut, Coriander Leaves


Step 1

Sprinkle a pinch full of salt on the potatoes and boil them.

Step 2

Remove the boiled potatoes and mash them roughly. Finely chop onions, green chilies, and fresh coriander at the same time.

Step 3

Add Jhalmuri in a bowl and add mashed potatoes, chopped onions and green chilies in the bowl.

Step 4

Add namkeen, salted peanuts and grated coconut to the mixture.

Step 5

Add the schzewan chutney at the end and sprinkle freshly chopped coriander at last. Mix it well.

Serve instantly

  1. Serve immediately.
