Ingredients For Jhalmuri:-
- 6 cups Puffed Rice (Murure)
- 6 tablespoon Schezwan Chutney
- 2 boiled Potatoes
- 2 chopped Onions
- 4 Green Chillies
- 4 Tablespoons Each Of Salted Peanuts, Namkeen, Grated Coconut, Coriander Leaves
Directions
Step 1
Sprinkle a pinch full of salt on the potatoes and boil them.
Step 2
Remove the boiled potatoes and mash them roughly. Finely chop onions, green chilies, and fresh coriander at the same time.
Step 3
Add Jhalmuri in a bowl and add mashed potatoes, chopped onions and green chilies in the bowl.
Step 4
Add namkeen, salted peanuts and grated coconut to the mixture.
Step 5
Add the schzewan chutney at the end and sprinkle freshly chopped coriander at last. Mix it well.
Serve instantly
- Serve immediately.
Nice international twist to the indian snack. Worth trying at home.
