Cabbage Soup is a low-calorie and fat-free vegan soup recipe with healthy ingredients and not much spices for flavor to make this soup just simple and healthy. Its a light and healthy recipe with less ingredients not so spicy and taste yummy. A vegan recipe for vegan lovers and Hope you like this Cabbage Soup as you did like my previous recipe Lemon Blueberry Cake.
Ingredients For Cabbage Soup:-
One – Cabbage(chopped)
Two – Onions(chopped)
Two – Garlic Cloves(minced)
Two Cups – Vegetable Broth
Salt As Per Taste
Black Pepper As Per Taste
Hot Sauce To Taste
Half Cup Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves
Combine the chopped cabbage, chopped onions, minced garlic, vegetable broth, hot sauce and a bit of salt and pepper in a large saucepan.
Allow to simmer, covered, over medium-low heat for atleast twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
After twenty minutes, carefully transfer half of the soup to a blender or food processor and process it all together until smooth.
You can also use an immersion blender to process the soup just until it is about halfway blended.
Stir in the fresh chopped coriander leaves just before serving.
Give it a quick taste, then add additional salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste if needed.
