Avocado in India is known as makhanphal or butter fruit. It’s very hard to find in local market, so you can easily find out in online stores. Avocado is rich in Monounsaturated fats and also has zero cholesterol. Apart, it also contains good source of potassium, vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin E.

These days, the avocado often referred to as a super food and has become an incredibly popular food for health-conscious individuals. 

Avocados are known as stone fruit with a creamy texture that grow in warm climate. Their health benefits include improving decreasing risk of depression, digestion and protection against cancer.

There are many types of avocado that differ in shape and color like shape from pear-shaped to round and color green to black. They can also weigh anywhere from 8 ounces (220 grams) to 3 pounds (1.4 kg).

The most popular variety is the Hass avocado.

How to make Avocado Milkshake

  • Take a medium size Avocado and wash it properly.
  • Now cut the avocado with the help of knife or Avocado slicer . Avocado slicer is best and must have tool easily available online. Its all in one tool from cutting, peeling to slicing can be done in just few seconds.
  • Add some ice cubes, about 3-4 ice cubes will be best.
  • Now add the remaining ingredients to enhance the taste of you shake like milk, vanilla (optional) and sugar.
  • Blend it properly, until it gets smooth texture.
  • Now pour the shake in mason jar or collins glass or any other you have.
