Firstly, takeout nutmeg in mortar-pestle and crush it separately
Add the remaining dried whole species in grinder jar.
Additionally, put the crushed nutmeg to the jar.
Now grind it till powder gets smooth.
Then add turmeric powder, ginger powder, dry mango and black salt.
Instead of black salt, regular salt could also be used. Turmeric powder is optional here.
Run the grinder once again, to get mix everthing well.
Check it once, if powder is not smooth then run the grinder untill it gets smooth.
Now allow the Pav Bhaji masala powder to get cool by spreading it on a tray or plate.
Take a clean jar, make sure it is dry. Now add the powder to it.
To store the jar, use cool dry place. You can also store it in fridge.
