Steps for making for Guava Puree
Take a ripe guava, rinse it in water 2-3 times.
Now peel the guavas and cut them.

Now take all remaining flesh in a sauce pan, add a some water and cover it lid.
Allow to simmer for sometime till it is cooked.
Check with tooth pick or knife, whether cooked or not. If it goes in easily then it is cooked.
Take all the cooked guavas in to blender and puree them until turns smooth. You can add some water to adjust the consistency.
Now pour this into sterilized clean bowls and guava puree is ready to feed your baby.

Note For Feeding Guava Puree For Babies
If you newly started feeding guava puree to your baby don't feed entire bowl on first day, start with little and increase it as day passes.
For babies, make fresh puree everyday don't freeze it.
Completely remove the seeds from the guava.
