  • Olive Oil (for deep fry)
  • Apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon (powder)
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • cup White Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Vanilla Extract (you can also make Vanilla Extract)
  • Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Apple Cinder

Instructions

How to Make Apple Fritters

  • Merge apples and ½ table spoon of cinnamon in a bowl and mix the same.
  • Further, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon (½ table spoon), salt in a large vessel.  
  • Crack the eggs, milk and vanilla extract and mix together for 15 seconds. 
  • Pour melted butter into the wet ingredients and mix all ingredients.
  • Set the mixture aside and fill a saucepan with 2-3" deep with oil to fry. Oil needs to reach 360-365°F. 
  • Likewise, while oil gets heated, prepare the mixture of sugar, apple cider and vanilla extract together.
  •  When oil gets heated, add an ice cream scoop, 3 tablespoon of batter. 
  • Remove the apple fritters into a paper-towel plate and cool it for some minutes.
  • Moreover, apple fritters are enjoyed warm.
  • Make crispy fritters of apples.
